• Distance Clamps spot welded between boxes to support the inner edges of the box
• If required C-Channel support in bottom strapping provided which further protects the bottom edges, and can also serve as a means to easy handling
• Strapping in varying construction rigidity
• Strapping construction and design can be done as per customers requirements as well.

Our strapped and single bread pans are provided with lids to secure the shape of the bread in it as well as assist in faster baking. All our lids are made of Aluminized steel which is food graded, has anti rust properties and is used in bakeries worldwide. At Rolex, we manufacture lids of different construction and design namely

• Drop Set Lid - Our Drop Set lids are manufactured out of food graded .2 1.2mm thickness. With capsules in between bread pans to assist in uniform heat flow and thus evenly baked product. The material being food graded and with excellent heating properties enable faster and uniform baking, giving the bread a lustrous crust.

• Sliding Lid - Sliding lids are provided with firm and ergonomic handle for easy operation. Due to its locking design, it stays in place and thus maintains loaf shape. These lids are manufactured out of Aluminized Steel 0.6mm thickness for easy handling and use.

• Pop Up Lid - Pop-up lids aid in solving the problem of the top of the loaf collapsing due to cooling, thus giving an uneven shape. This is eliminated by providing extra room in the lid for the bread to occupy, thus enabling uniform shape and dimension of the bread from all four sides after cooling.
