Requirement for Sales and Operations executive (Sales, stock keeping, website maintenance)

Title: Sales/Operation Executive

No. of positions: 1

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Business Management Studies/ Bachelor in Accounting and Finance

Experience: 0-1 Years

Candidate desired should possess the following:

1. Good Interpersonal and communication skills for talking with clients on phone as well as in person
2. Good Command over spoken as well as written English
3. Basic knowledge of using Microsoft word and excel
4. Male candidate who own two wheeler /two wheeler license will be preferred

1. Daily Checking of sales leads from website and following up with potential clients by email as well as phone calls. Tracking sales leads on excel file with day to day update and follow up
2. Filling out order form on excel with size and specification data and printing work order sheet to be handed over to production supervisor
3. Entering and maintain stock record in excel file and keeping the same updated on daily basis
4. Website maintaining with addition of products and adding photos and specification
5. Editing photographs on photoshop and creating new brochures and pamphlets on Corel Draw (This will be taught to the candidate as and when required)
6. Maintaining mobile app of company to showcase all latest products and photos
7. If required, meeting clients in person to show samples and obtaining confirmed order
8. Travel within close proximity by two wheeler to get certain jobs done in engineering workshops (This will be taught to the candidate as and when required)

Candidate will be taken on probation period of 3 months, and upon satisfactory performance, will be absorbed by company as permanent employee.

Title: Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

Diploma in mechanical or production engineering with consistent performance throughout the semesters

Candidate desired should possess the following:

1. Strong fundamental knowledge of all basic engineering concepts

2. Basic understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems

3. Basic knowledge of using Microsoft word and excel

4. Candidate with knowledge in using CAD software like AUTOCAD will be preferred

5. Good understanding of geometric, drawing and measuring instruments

6. Male candidate with own two wheeler preferred

We at Rolex are manufacturers of cake and bread baking pan, tools & implements. A lot of our projects are customized as per the clients’ requirements. The job of the candidate is to monitor the manufacturing process. Detailed job description is as follows:

1) Evaluating job sheet with all size and specifications

2) Supervising the manufacturing and fabrication and checking the product at each stage for conformity to job sheet

3) Coordinating with third party vendors and ensuring timely procuring of material

4) Labour force tracking and management, and making sure optimum utilization of labour with near zero idling

5) Checking measurements, quality and quantity at each stage

6) Keeping track of existing stock items and dispatching as per order and requirement from head office

7) Maintaining proper stock of all items in timely manner in an excel file

8) Supervising loading and unloading of material

9) May have to travel to third party vendors locations to check quality and quantity of material before procurement

Not limited to all above points, the candidate has to be open to travelling in and around Mumbai, if required, and other factory handling and management activities
