contact with aluminized steel without any harmful reactions unlike

galvanized. The aluminized coating consists of aluminum, silicon and

iron. Tests conducted by governments in JAPAN and US , under the Food

Sanitation Law and FDA have proved that even if these elements enter

the human body, they are harmless and will be completely discharged.

* Fast Heating - Aluminized steel has a very high thermal efciency which

helps in reecting 80 % of heat from surface as a result in faster control

heating. Aluminized keeps its original ne surface lusters even when used

for long periods at temperatures below 450 degrees.

*Energy efcient - Aluminized steel allows pan to heat up and cool down

at faster rate, resulting in reduced energy cost while improving

temperature control.

*Time saving - Aluminized steel arrests heat due to its high thermal

efciency and it retains more than 80 % of the heat and avoids heat

radiation. Hence becomes faster thus reducing time and increasing

productivity to the process.

*Easy in cleaning - Aluminized steel surface has uniform coating of

aluminium and silicon which makes the surface even and smooths

resulting in easy cleaning.

*Non Stick feature - Aluminized steel is having a non stick feature that

helps in excellent dough release. In typical bread baking application

oiling of pan was required, but in aluminized steel oiling of pan can be

avoided hence reducing time and cost.

*Adds more life to the product - Aluminized steel is available in high tensile

strength and has high corrosion resistance result in longer life of Pans and

moulds.

*Environment Friendly - The vast majority of baking pans are constructed

of aluminized steel, which is comprised of base steel hot coated with an

aluminium-silicone alloy. Aluminized steel is ideally suited for baking

applications and meets ASTM 463-A specications.
